Daniella Guido graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Sociology from York University before attending law school at the University of Leicester, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws degree.
Daniella completed her articles at a litigation boutique firm in Toronto and began her practice in association with prominent and experienced criminal defence lawyers.
Daniella is a steadfast advocate for access to justice, inclusion, and mental health rights. She has worked extensively with the Indigenous community, fiercely championing their interests throughout York Region and Simcoe County.
With a proven track record of navigating complex and high-stakes legal matters, she consistently achieves outcomes that are both practical and highly favorable, even in the most challenging circumstances.
As a criminal defence lawyer, Daniella regularly appears at all levels of court, successfully defending individuals charged with various criminal offences. In addition to her practice, she serves on the board of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association as the director and representative for York Region.
Daniella is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Criminal Lawyers’ Association, Women in Canadian Criminal Defence, York Region Law Association, and Durham Region Law Association.
